Newsletter: January 20, 2018 Korean Pine, Himalayan Deodar Cedar and Atlantic White Cedar are featured in this newsletter. It takes us on average 2 years to germinate nut pine seeds. Combined with a natural symbiotic fungus we are able to establish these quite rapidly with growth almost matching white pine. Our Atlantic white cedar is really a rare evergreen tree in cultivation. We are the only one offering seeds of it this year. Our high elevation deodar cedar is one of the few species that survives here in southern Michigan.
