Highly productive white form with no side nodules. Later ripening but perfect for sandy soil-comes out clean. Has a nice smooth flavor. One of the better flavored cultivated selections with a thinner skin than other varieties. Spreads by long rhizomes which fill completely by early October here in southern Michigan. White Fuseau is the carrot of sunchokes.
