The collections will change year by year depending on the yields and the release of new cultivars plus old ones developed exclusively at my farm. Done during the spring seasons, roots will be available in quantities of hundred or more in mixed varieties. The collections will represent the most advanced varieties useful for a variety of applications from agroforestry, permaculture and regenerative farming. The collections themselves are meant to be reproduced in-situ so as to make it much more economical and practical to be applied on a larger scale.
