Buartblack Walnut Seeds ECOS

Buartblack Walnut Seeds
Buartblack Walnut Seeds

Hybrid cross between black walnut and buartnut. This strain came originally from one of the largest buartnuts in the U.S. found in Michigan. We grew and selected what we thought may have been hybrids with black walnut from its seedlings and found this one which was incredibly productive.  Easy to grow from seed:  Soak the seeds for 24 hours prior to puting them in moist Canadian peat moss in the fridge in a zip lock bag. Seeds can be taken out in the spring after 90 to 120 days. Seeds will sprout after putting in room temperature for 1-3 weeks. After sprouting you can pot them or put them outside in their permanent location.  Tap roots develp first when growing walnuts from seed. Some Juglans not allowed for international shipping.
