The Wild Bean-The Perennial Vine With Tree Like Tendencies

Several thousand years ago, thicket beans were found around the fires and within the diets of the early native Americans. It can happen again. Enjoy our most recent newsletter about the perennial bean called thicket bean and its durable tree like nature. Seeds are available in the fall, winter and spring : Wild Bean Seeds

Roots are produced during the summer and harvested once dormant starting in October.  Spring harvests are generally smaller and are available starting in early April.  We are anticipating a large root crop in the fall of 2019.
