Ease of Cultivation |
Anyone can grow it in almost any location. Yields are best in full sun. Small fruit an issue but may be worth it just for the flavor.Have yet to find a cultivated berry even close to flavor of this species. The negative side is the small size and seediness although the seeds are very tiny. Similar in flavor to thimbleberry and could easily substitute for it as the flavor is so intense. |
