The houses are in good shape with no rust on the piping. The bottom wolmanized are good on the Farm Tek models but not so much on the Keeler Glasgow models because they are older and mostly broke down. Plus I used copper napthalate on the wood prior to installation. The mats are still good and there are no bent tubes. Plastic needs to be replaced as it is at least 6 years old now.
