Cedar Propagation Table Number Two

This was one of the original propagation tables used at Oikos Tree Crops. The wood was remilled to remove the dirt and old finish. One inch thick cedar planks and and honeylocuts legs make this table impervious to moisture and perfect for wet conditions found in nursery work.

SOLID CEDAR TOP  67 inches long and 43 inches wide.  1 inch thick cedar with 5.25 inch width planks. 5/4 deck planking. 

HONEYLOCUST LEGS 30 inches tall.   Cork on the end makes it easy to slide on smooth surfaces. Immune to rot. 

PIN OAK AND CATALPA REINFORCED FRAME- Frame built from cedar, pin oak and catalpa which reinforces it to allow greater weight of soil and plants without sagging in the middle. Able to accept a greater amount of weight because of this. 

3 coats Marine spar Gloss Polyurethane

All planks were remilled to smooth out the edges and remove previous dirt stains. Cedar is a standby for propagation tables because they clean up nicely and do not rot. The addition of the poly finish allows it to cleaned easier and greatly enhances its life and beauty. 

Easy to move around and use for seed drying without the fear of standing water on the wood.

There will be a limit of six propagation tables made from the original tables used at my farm.

Michigan sales tax is automatically applied to all pick up orders of furniture.
