This is probably as close as you can get to a perennial potato. I was hoping for a weed that is impossible to get rid of. But instead I found insanely productive and highly rhizome like potatoes that are very delicious growing in low input conditions. I think its the future of potatoes. Many people disagree but I cannot argue. I’m currently giving many extras of the most productive selections. They are alphabetically labeled so you can keep track of which ones do best in your soil conditions.
